job requirement: 1. master’s degree or above, majoring in engineering, civil engineering, and design is preferred. 2. good english language written and verbal skills. 3. professional, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented personality. 4. good at communication and interpersonal skills. 5. customer care skills. 6. basic it skills. 7. one year full-time employment experience in administration services, or customer services, infrastructure construction project management is a plus.

崗位職責

job responsibility： 1. provide logistic support to ji major events and labor union activities. 2. arrange and coordinate the visits to ji. 3. provide secretary support for ji faculty and lecturers if required. 4. provide logistic support for ji summer program faculty. 5. deal with reimbursement as necessary. 6. draft report, policy, regulation etc. 7. assist in the bidding process of purchasing and renovation project. 8. assist the coordination of the office space of the institute and the renovation project related. 9. coordinate with the building service company on ji building’s management &maintenance. 10. coordinate the public facilities management &maintenance in ji. 11. assist in fixed assets registration and management. 12. assist the various tasks related to the infrastructure construction and renovation projects of the institute. 13. support the flood control and typhoon prevention related work. 14. achieve any other administrative tasks that might be assigned.
