The Department of Finance at Xiamen University School of Management is seeking candidates to fill multiple full-time faculty positions at the levels of assistant, associate or full professor. Salaries are very competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Description & Qualification

Applicants for assistant professor should have completed or be near the completion of doctoral studies in finance, accounting or a related field from AACSB, EQUIS or AMBA accredited universities, be able to deliver high-quality teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Applicants are also expected to demonstrate the potential to attain a superior research record by publishing their research in top-tier journals in the future. Applicants who could teach AI-related accounting/finance courses are preferable. Applicants for full professor should have already had a well-established record of publishing research articles in top-tier accounting, finance or economics journals.
