【申請條件】:
1.具有獨立開展研究工作的能力、強烈的事業心和責任心、開闊的學術視野和團隊合作精神,學術作風端正、嚴謹;
2.申請人須為應屆博士畢業生、獲得博士學位的全日製博士(不含在職博士後)。應屆博士畢業生須已滿足博士學位論文答辯的基本要求;
3.近年來,在本專業領域產出高質量代表性成果,具有成為優秀學者的潛質。
【博士後待遇】:
1.博士後薪酬實行基本年薪製,薪酬總額由學校配資、導師(學院)配資、zufangbutiehewuxianyijingoucheng,ruxuanguojiaboshihourencaizhichijihuazhe,qiguojiazizhujingfeizaixiaofaxinchouzhiwaidandufafang,keyanboshihoudaoshipeiziebudediyuxuexiaoyaoqiu。
2.博(bo)士(shi)後(hou)進(jin)站(zhan)後(hou)戶(hu)口(kou)可(ke)遷(qian)至(zhi)北(bei)京(jing),落(luo)在(zai)我(wo)校(xiao)常(chang)住(zhu)集(ji)體(ti)戶(hu)口(kou),其(qi)配(pei)偶(ou)和(he)子(zi)女(nv)戶(hu)口(kou)不(bu)可(ke)遷(qian)入(ru)。在(zai)站(zhan)期(qi)間(jian)生(sheng)育(yu)子(zi)女(nv)的(de)女(nv)性(xing)博(bo)士(shi)後(hou),可(ke)以(yi)辦(ban)理(li)子(zi)女(nv)落(luo)戶(hu)。
3.女性博士後在產假期間的薪酬和醫療待遇依據國家有關規定執行,生育津貼與產假期間的薪酬按照孰高原則發放。

5.博士後在站期間經合作導師和設站學院/研究院同意,可申請中國博士後科學基金、國家自然科學基金和國家社會科學基金。
6.在站一年及以上的全職博士後(流動站自主招收非在職博士後),可以參加“北京航空航天大學優秀博士後”的評選。
7.卓越百人博士後支持期2年,年薪稅前不低於28萬/年。在站期間入選“博士後創新人才支持計劃”等項目的,國家資助學校不統籌。
【導師簡介】:
劉liu宇yu宙zhou教jiao授shou目mu前qian主zhu要yao從cong事shi含han多duo環huan有you機ji矽gui物wu質zhi的de設she計ji和he多duo苯ben環huan體ti係xi的de組zu裝zhuang方fang麵mian的de研yan究jiu,計ji劃hua通tong過guo這zhe方fang麵mian的de研yan究jiu製zhi備bei出chu革ge命ming性xing的de具ju有you高gao性xing能neng的de新xin穎ying材cai料liao。劉liu宇yu宙zhou教jiao授shou國guo內nei就jiu讀du於yu清qing華hua大da學xue化hua學xue係xi(本科/碩士),博士畢業於美國紐約大學化學係,研究氫鍵體係的組裝行為,之後被美國milliken公司聘為研發總部的獨立化學家,進行高性能led封裝材料的開發。劉宇宙教授在材料的設計和研發方麵有著豐富的學術界和工業界的經驗,不僅在science, nature commun., jacs, angew, drug. resis. update, adv. sci.等高檔次期刊上發表過原創文章,也研發出屢獲獎項的工業產品。劉宇宙教授創辦的企業獲得了國家高新企業認證、ai金雁獎、全球數字經濟大會北京市人工智能示範案例,beyond可持續發展創新大獎等獎項。劉宇宙教授於2014年入職於北京航空航天大學化學學院,目前對外招生博士後、博士和碩士研究生,各種背景均可,可為化學、材料、環境和計算等。
