Majoring in management, education or related subject background is preferred. 2.Good English and Chinese language written and verbal skills. 3.Analysis skills and basic IT skills (database, excel ). 4.Professional, well-organized and detail-oriented personality. 5.Excellent organizational and follow-through skills. 6.Customer care skills. 7.Able to work independently as well as part of a team. 8.Willing to travel extensively independently, including evenings and weekends. 9.Hard-working. 10.Willing to take responsibility. |

崗位職責 |
|
|
1.Be responsible for managing database security as well to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability. 2.Maintain the joint-cultivation bases for the professional degree programs; 3.Market for the graduate programs; 4.Advise students on course selection and registration. 5.Recruitment, training and evaluation for teaching assistants; 6.Course reviews and teaching evaluations and course-related work includes scheduling, exam management, and auditing and arrange teaching space. 7.Liaise and coordinate with Grad School for daily operation. 8.Application of academic awards and funds; 9.Degree application and conferral. 10.Other tasks assigned by the line manager. 11.The above job responsibilities are shared with other members in the office. |
