、課題組和pi簡介

李璿璣
，浙江大學生命科學學院第一類百人計劃研究員
，博士生導師。於2019年6月獲得哥本哈根大學微生物學博士學位，2019年7月到2022年6月在哥本哈根大學微生物係從事博士後研究，自2022年7月到2024年2月擔任哥本哈根大學微生物係助理教授。2024年3月回國加入浙江大學生命科學學院。課題組的研究方向為腸道微生物組學。相關成果發表於cell host & microbe, nature communications, nature chemical biology，microbiome, annual review of microbiology, isme, environment international等。

二、崗位要求

崗位要求（其中第4或5點必須具備一條）：

1.年齡在35周歲以下
，近兩年內獲得博士學位或即將獲得博士學位者，可全職從事博士後研究工作;

2.對研究課題具有責任心，擁有濃厚的科研興趣，能夠主動思考和解決問題;

3.已經或即將獲得微生物學、生物信息學、動物學
、生態學等生物學相關專業的博士學位，並曾在國際高影響
、高質量主流刊物以第一作者發表文章;

4.精通生物信息學，熟練運用r、python等編程語言，並具備linux係統操作經驗;

5.熟練掌握微生物宏基因組數據的處理和分析技能,同時具備數理統計基礎知識;

6.具有腸道微生物研究經驗者優先考慮;

7.熟悉常規分子操作技術，包括pcr
、rt-qpcr、質粒構建等相關實驗經驗者優先考慮;

8.具備小鼠實驗經驗，並能夠設計和執行相關實驗者優先考慮。

、崗位職責：

1.獨立完成研究組長交給的科研任務或承擔相關課題；

2.協助研究組長進行實驗室管理和研究生培養
；

3.協助研究組長或獨立申請研究課題。
