1.Coach operator about equipment knowledge.
2.Coach technician.
3.Support technician on equipments maintenance.
4.Optimize process and equipment continuously for improvement of FPY, down time, cycle time, and ergonomics,etc.
5.Keep following procedures and processes .
6.Implementation of work instructions and necessary resources.
7.Product line re-lay out and line release.
8.Add new variant,improve productivity,change management.
9.Embrace continuous improvement, improve productivity (e.g. testing time), work methods, 5S, ergonomics, standardization, procedures, etc.
10.Implement systemic problem solving method
11.Optimize and improve process and equipment continuously.
12.Support quality engineers on failure analysis.
13.Preventive maintenance management.
14.Maintenance files and record management.
15.Spare part management, control the cost of spare part.
16.Assist with other engineers to reduce the machine down time rate by on time troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
17.Draft and issue maintenance plan and WI for new machine.
18.Provide lesson learned to EPM.
19.Support EPM by equipment acceptance.
20.Training to opreation team ( MP/ line leader/ operator) for equipment operation, etc.
21.Training to Quality team for equipment operation and monitoring related quality, etc.
22.Conduct the qualification and capability analysis of process changes.
JR:
1.Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering major , or electronic engineering major, or automation engineering major.
2."More than 2 years maintenance or process experiences in electronic plant.
Problem Solving Ability and Initiative Sense.
