職責描述：1. 熟悉並確保公司遵循集團EHS政策，製定並監督各個部門貫徹執行公司的EHS管理製度。2. 熟悉並確保公司遵守法律法規，有效控製風險。3. 組織開展全廠範圍內員工及外部承包商/供應商的EHS培訓和指導。4. 組織協調各類材料，設備及設施的風險評估和安全驗證。5. 組織協調事故調查並報送報告。6. 組織全廠危害辨識和風險評估，協調參與項目及變更的風險評估。7. 建立應急響應預案和相關應急程序

，控製EHS相關費用。12. 支持幫助其它部門管理EHS工作。1. Be familiar with and comply Group EHS policy and supervise the implement of the policy in plant.2. Be familiar with and comply local regulation, control risk effectively3. Organize employee, contractor/supplier EHS train in plant.4. Organize Equipment and raw material safety risk analysis and safety validation  5. Organize accident analysis and report to relevant authorities.6. Organize plant risk analysis and take part in risk analysis of the project and change 7. Establish emergency responding plan and relevant emergency response procedure. cooperate emergency team8. Be responsible to organize  the EHS audit in plant9. Organize plant OH and ergonomics affairs10. Organize plant environment management affairs, Follow up plant energy consumption, carry out and supervise operation and corrective action of energy saving in all departments.11. Manage EHS team and expense.12. Coach and support other department on EHS. 任職要求：1. 5年及以上製造企業安全管理經驗；2. 具有化學、食品、製藥行業工作經驗
；3. 有注冊安全工程師資格證者優先；4. 良好的英文聽說讀寫能力
