1. Ensure the efficient relationship and communication with the factory’s departments and its customers related to timelines of launch, substitution and phase-out; 2. Work together with Master Schedulers to define the prioritization of launches within the production plan; 3. Coordinate with Materials Supply Planning team to ensure availability with Suppliers for new packaging components and raw materials for launches; 4. Discuss and validate the project timelines with Development teams; 5. Participate in the provisional PRI preparation process; 6. Communicate production availability dates for launches to MSL; 7. Support Sourcing Centre and Materials Supply Planning team in the development of relationships with new Suppliers; 8. Responsible for the BOM creation and maintenance in the factory IT systems, according to the information received by Development and Packaging. 9. Being responsible for coordinating a new launch production, ensure the risk has recognized and effect controlled during launch time, satisfy consumer’s requirement.
