Responsibility：
Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimise quantity of raw and auxiliary materials.
Provide written documentation of procedures in form of process documentation, training operators and technician to understand, make sure all related people to follow instruction and specification.
Coordinate the consumption of chemicals, raw and auxiliary materials.
Check and optimise parameters of environmental impact regularly
Involve in purchasing new equipment (Draw up specifications, make evaluations, technical analysis, installation, put into operation, qualification and implementation in production), qualify it per qualification plan items as plan time and report it.
Implementation (realisation) of TS16949 and EN ISO 14001, EHAS18001.
Other Job assignment from superior.

Requirements:
Technical education on higher level (preferably with specialisation in chemistry or process engineering), experience in related industry advantageous.
Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000, QS 9000 and TS16949).
JMP soft ware implementation experience
Works independently.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent in English.
Stress resistant.
Precise and open communication.
Familiar with MS Office Package (Word, Excel).
Familiar with Minitab, Mindmap.
Team spirit
