Responsibility
？ Measure the efficiency of the manufacturing processes according to set key performance metrics
？ Collaborate with operational teams to identify and analyze improvement opportunities.
？ Establish and maintain standardized resource models that include time, capacity, equipment, human resource, space, energy, material, WIP flow, cost and their impact factors. For example time and motion studies and time management system
？ Establish and maintains the manufacturing master data for planning and resource modeling
？ Ensures production data quality as the data owner.
？ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share actively best practice within the plant and cross-location.
？ Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and project as assigned and prioritized with management.
Requirements
？ Industrial Engineering related knowledge and experience.
？ Strong communication skills with strong ambition to achieve their goals.
？ Project management skills is preferred, with the ability to manage projects.

？ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets.
？ Experience in IE model and capability (Headcount, time management, capacity, line balance, layout etc…)

？ Ability to develop in-depth process and business knowledge in a short period.
？ Technical / University degree in Industrial engineering, automation, computer science, engineering or an equivalent degree.


？ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
？ Excellent presentation skill and good at expression.
