職責描述： About thejob SAREC Team (Sales reconciliation) is a working partner of IKEA core business-retail stores, aiming to provide efficient, professional and quality based service. Enable a timely and correct booking of the sales related financial flows in IKEA group stores. Try to secure an effective, cost-efficient handling while at the same time reducing the risk in the end-to-end process as extensively as possible. 任職要求： About the assignment: Upload manual declaration files on a daily basis. Preliminary review of the uploaded sales data, declared funds and safe movement information. Ensure that all the needed sales data is available in SAREC and manually upload any missing data and register manual paperwork provided by the stores. Analyseand explain any discrepancies, follow-up with Frontliner/Cash Office whenever safe discrepancies are found. Add comments and send the day sales data for authorisationabove the sanction limit. Take the Authorisersrejection comments into consideration and correct rejected items. Identify trends and escalate if needed. Confirm the transfer to CODA and act upon PAM warnings. Support Authoriserand Frontliner/Cash Office with system usage. Handle bank recondition on daily basis, reconcile theoretical funds with actual bank in, analyseand follow up discrepancies if any. Provide accounting department with reports needed for manual adjustments. We are looking for the person whohave: College degree or above Basic accounting/tax knowledge, working experience in finance are preferred Fluent oral and written English Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel Good communication skills Good time management skills Quick learner
