Job Description: • Lead Asia Analytical Center and support regional business growth across AM and UOP • Strengthen and build start-of-the-art analytical expertise and tools to support current business and new growth objectives • Lead team close work with technical project teams to provide on-time testing support, site training and trouble shooting • Drive cross region cooperation with other analytical centers, universities and build to a platform serving both internal and external stakeholders • Ensure all lab work is carried out under Honeywell HSE policy Basic Qualifications: • Master or above degree (5 years related work experience) in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering • Analytical lab management experience Other Qualifications: • Excellent presentation skills and ability to listen, analyze and communicate effectively regarding technically oriented solutions for internal and external stakeholders • Experienced in managing analytical chemists with diverse domain knowledge • Strong project management skills, capable of balance peak job demand with lean team structure • Solid track record of build and maintain start-of-art analytical facility • Good problem solving skills and proven ability to lead and influence in a matrix/cross functional and regional oriented organization and drive for key deliverables • Talent development, abilities to motivate and energize team members with demonstrated good Honeywell behaviors
