， 6. 良好的普通話和英語口語和書寫能力。會廣東話更佳。 Responsibilities: 1. Support business development by digitalize channel management process. 2. Analyze and unify distribution management process across all business divisions. 3. Implement and maintain distribution management system and store management system. 4. Build and maintain customer portal to automate sales order and customer goods receive process. 5. Improve customer communication efficiency by new digital design 6. Work with division team and group function team to form new digital business model with new digital system support. 7. Design and implement mobile functions to improve business efficiency. 8. Make sure adoption rate by proactive communication and promotion of new digital tool, new business process and model. 9. Work with internal functional team, sales team and external customers for implementing new business process and best practice. 10. Improve GT/KA/E-com/O2O/CGP channel efficiency with new distribution management system. 11. Design and implement control reports to maintain business process compliance. 12. Prepare channel efficiency reports to enable business penetration and geographic expansion. 13. Design and maintain system interface between DMS and ERP, make sure the smoothness of end-to-end business process. Requirements: 1. Degree holder in Computer Science or Engineering. 2.Over 5 years’ experience of business system design and implementation in FMCG companies. 3. Hands on experience in implementing distribution management systems, 4. In-depth understanding of sales marketing business process, such as sales order fulfilment, customer goods receive, customer inventory collection, customer and store incentive etc. 5. Understand ERP Order to Cash process 6. Experience in interface design and implementation 7. Hands on experience in WeChat ecosystem and mini program implementation. 8. Strong analytical skills with vast experience in business process analysis 9. Good influencer, be able to change status quo and bring in new business value. 10. Project management experience, be able to drive large scale projects. 11. Ability to be self-managed as well as to collaborate with teams of non-technical users is a must. 12. Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. 13. Good command in spoken and written Mandarin and English. Cantonese is plus.
