崗位職責：
1.Pricing management of regulation set, system flow review and optimization.
2.Pricing management of TP, quotation, GM% monitor, find cost down opportunity and follow up the performance.
3.Pricing management of daily work controlling and negotiation the price with sales team.
4.Asia financial BP function management and support business development.
5.Company project management and follow up, such as ERP upgrade, new business related with finance project, etc.
6.Financial KPI monitor, datafication system establishment and optimization.
7.Support other team members as necessary.
8.Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
職位要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree with Accounting or Finance Management.CMA or CPA is a plus.
2.At least 10 years finance experience in MNC, 5 years of pricing/costing and FPA experience.5 years team management.
3.Familiar with financial professional knowledge, proven skill in MNC manufacturing financial process and related financial analysis preparation.
4.Familiar with ERP and office software using, proficiency in Excel/PPT, experience in ERP implementation and well skill of VBA/Power BI are preferred.
5.Multitask, work independently and accurately within time constraints.
6.Good learning ability, positive and proactive working attitude.
7.Fluent English skill both in oral and writing.
8.Strong analytical, logical, digital sensitivity, organizational, communication skills and teamwork capabilities required.
