Assembly and Process automated equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, participate the CIP to achieve department‘s KPI target. Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for assembly process(Press-in/Dispensing/Welding...) FOR/ Utilization improvement. 2. Willing to learn new process knowledge and take each process as self-responsibility. 3. Automated equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in production floor (Beckhoff/SIEMENS PLC programming knowledge and pratice is better). 4. Vision system program optimization for related process (Cognex/Keyence programming knowledge and HALCON vision is better) 5. Servo controller / Robot programming is necessary. 6. Participate the CIP workshop concerning related equipment and process to reduce the downtime, changeover time and enhance the stability and OEE. 7. Professional problem solving method (PSS, 8D) for equipment/TPM problems. 8. Weekly meeting with supervisor to review defined topics and tasks status. 9. Training and coaching service technician, regularly evaluation technician. 10. Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables parts. 11. Owner of Documentation
