Key responsibilities:
· Develop superior product experiences for personal care brands.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain voice of consumer on project.
· Lead design briefing, ensuring timely progress.
· Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies.
· Help create digital and physical prototypes to demonstrate Key Experience Indicators.
· Maintain design standards throughout the development process.
· Manage relationships with external agencies/freelance vendors.
· Share insights with stakeholders concisely.
· Conduct workshops using design thinking techniques.
· Create concept experience designs using 2D/ 3D / AI software

· Experience launching brand designs for international brands that drive growth.

· 10 years of design experience.
· Good spoken and written English communication skills as management will be based in the UK.
· Ability to manage multiple projects with an adaptable, flexible work style.
