•Be responsible for new customer project development acting as project leader, to ensure project objectives with defined development process
•Lead cross functional mechanical development SE-team (customer, sales, engineering, production, quality...)
•Lead team to do project requirement/time/cost/risk/change management, technical analysis/problem solving
•Release product to production and support for production launch
•Build up network with worldwide engineering team (Hungary, Japan, Germany)
職位要求：
-Bachelor or master degree in mechanic engineering, automotive engineering or related fields
Technical knowhow
- overall outlook to project, ability to do time/cost/risk management
- logic thinking for problem solving
