Position Title: Advanced Electrical Design Engineer Responsibilities: Qualify 2nd source suppliers and support the qualification of alternative parts. Collaborate with sourcing and ISC teams to develop key parts strategy and enhance productivity. Work closely with ME, SW, and OPT teams to maintain product performance. Coordinate with the business team to ensure smooth cut-in of 2nd source parts. Conduct feasibility studies for NPI and VE projects from a value-added and value analysis perspective. Stay updated with new technologies and incorporate them into the projects. Participate in strategic activities, including supporting voice of customer (VOC), competitor analysis (CA), and lessons learned. Liaise with Marketing and Sales teams to understand customer requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or Automatics Engineering. 5 years of experience in electrical design. Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design and debugging. Familiarity with Freescale, Renesas, Qualcomm, and Broadcom development platforms. Strong understanding of design for manufacturability processes. Solid knowledge of electrical system design and test setup. Ability to estimate risks and develop mitigation plans. Capability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
