Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, etc.; 2. Experience Requirements: - More than 3 years of experience in hardware development of power electronic products such as frequency converters, inverters, and servo drives; - Familiar with the topologies and control principles of frequency converters (such as three-phase bridge, multilevel topologies, etc.); 3. Skills Requirements: - Proficient in analog/digital circuit design, familiar with EDA tools such as Altium Designer/Cadence; - Master power device selection, thermal design, and EMC/EMI solutions; - Have experience in using instruments such as oscilloscopes and power analyzers, and be capable of independently completing hardware debugging; - Preferred candidates should be familiar with industry standards (such as UL, CE, IEC, etc.); 4. Other Requirements:

- Excellent teamwork ability, stress resistance ability, and problem analysis ability;

- CET-4 level or above in English proficiency, Proficient in English reading.
