服務描述/ Brief description of service:
Job Summary
Total control of the orders implemented in the Prcoessing Region / Market / Category from order in to closed order (warranty included)
- Drive L1/L2 order projects accordng to Tetra Pak OFCE / OFSP processes and management system
- Taking the ownership of delivering L1/L2 orders within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality and scope, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on as is documentation after commissioning according to the working process
What you will do
1. Ensure work is done according to the OFCE / OFSP working process (D)
2. Clarify customer needs, plan, execute and follow-up orders, according to agreed process, until handover to customer to fulfill customer satisfaction (D)
3. Overall responsible for project execution and provide project leadership to deliver project deliverables according to project agreement (acc to order confirmation).
4. Grow and maintain a strong professional network with SuM and Production (D)
5. Ensure resources deliver in order projects in full according to time, budget and quality (L)
服務擔當技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
We believe you have
Several years as Project Member depending on background education. Demonstrate leadership skills, communication skills, Negotiation skills, change management skills and capability to manoeuvre through complex political and cultural situations effectively.
Minimum Education
University Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field, or demonstrable experience to the same level (Project Management fundamentals)
Key Outputs and Measurements
Productivity, margins, claims, utilization, delivery time, delivery accuracy and Customer Experiemnce (CX)



Key Relationships
The job requires an internal network (order team, production centers) and external (direct contact and negotiation with project centers and business streams, represent Tetra Pak at customers and suppliers visits
