Role Purpose Statement
1.Work with Raw materials team to manage the unloading operations of soybeans, during unloading processes. Ensuring efficiency and safety .
2.Track all stages of soybean imports, manage financial settlements within the business, and ensure fee settlements are timely, well-prepared, and efficient.
3.Track system operations during the imported soybean unloading process, monitoring and analyzing shrinkage and issuing weight reports.
　
　
　
Main Accountabilities
1. Communicate with the ports on vessel plan and work with Raw materials team to ensure the orderly progress of unloading operations.
2. tracking vessels surface quarantine inspection with customs that ensure vessels unloading on time and efficiency.
3. communicate with suppliers ,Responsible for the budgeting and settlement of vessels and barges, and completing monthly payments on time.4.Focus on the vessel lightening to insure the vessel berth on ZS/TX port on time. cooperate with supply chain planning team to analyze the reason of LAYTIME.
