一、醫院簡介 Overview
廈門大學附屬第一醫院創辦於1937年，經過89年發展，現已形成擁有5個分院、1家護理院、1家互聯網醫院的醫療集團，是集醫療、教學、科研、預防、康複為一體的閩西南規模最大的三級甲等綜合性醫院。我院已連續六年獲評全國三級公立醫院績效考核A+等級（全國三級公立醫院前2-3%），進入全國百強，排名穩居全市第一。同時，我院已連續7年躋身“中國醫院競爭力·頂級醫院百強榜”，位列第81位，最早實現廈門市全國頂級醫院百強榜零的突破，繼續領跑閩西南。
Founded in 1937, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University has developed over 88 years into a medical group comprising 5 branches, 1 nursing home, and 1 internet hospital.It is the largest tertiary comprehensive hospital in Southwesestern Fujian, integrating medical care, education, research, disease prevention, and rehabilitation.The hospital has been rated A+ in the National Tertiary Public Hospital Performance Evaluation for 6 consecutive years (ranking in the top 2-3% among tertiary public hospitals nationwide), and it has entered the top 100 hospitals nationwide, consistently ranking first in the city.For 7 consecutive years, it has been listed in the “China Hospital Competitiveness Top 100 Hospitals” ranking, currently at 81st place.The hospital was the first in Xiamen to break into the national top 100 hospitals list and continues to lead in Southwestern Fujian.
01、學科情況 Specialties
我院現有臨床、醫技科室68個，4個國家重點專科建設項目、4個國家臨床醫學研究中心福建省分中心、3個福建省臨床醫學研究中心、25個福建省臨床重點專科建設項目。
在2023年度中國醫學院校科技量值（STEM）暨2019-2023五年總科技量值（ASTEM）中我院共有10個學科進入百強榜，學科進榜數位居福建省前三、廈門市第一，截至目前共有20個學科進入百強榜。在2023年度中國醫院創新轉化100強排行榜中我院位列第18名，被授予四星機構稱號,為福建省唯一上榜醫療機構。
The hospital currently has 68 clinical departments, 4 National Key Clinical Specialties (#1 in Xiamen), 4 Branch Centers of National Clinical Research Centers (#1 in Xiamen), 3 Fujian Provincial Clinical Research Centers, 25 Fujian Provincial Key Clinical Specialties.
In the 2023 STEM (Science and Technology Evaluation Metrics) and 2019-2023 ASTEM (Five-Year Aggregate STEM) rankings released for Chinese medical institutions: 10 specialities from the hospital entered the national Top 100(#1 in Xiamen, #3 in Fujian).Cumulatively, the hospital's 20 specialties have entered the Top 100 rankings.In the 2023 List of Top 100 Chinese Hospitals in Innovation and Transformation, the hospital was ranked 18th nationwide, awarded the title of Four-Star Institution, making it the only medical institution in Fujian Province to be listed.
02、人才隊伍 Talents
我院現有職工4119人，高級職稱1429人，中高級專業技術人才2994人，博士395人，碩士842人，博士生導師38人、碩士生導師218人。
The hospital currently has 4,119 employees, including 1,429 professionals with senior titles, 2,994 mid-level and senior technical professionals, 395 PhD holders, 842 master's degree holders, 38 doctoral advisors, 218 master advisors.
03、教學情況 Education
1.我院設立內、外、婦、兒、急診、護理等25個臨床教研室，現有臨床教師840人。
2.我院現有20個國家級住院醫師規範化培訓基地及1個普外科專科醫師規範化培訓基地，住院醫師規範化培訓在培醫師（不含專碩）320餘人。
1.The hospital has established 25 clinical teaching and research departments, including internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics, pediatrics, ER, nursing, etc.Currently, there are 840 clinical teachers.
2.There are 20 national standardized residency training bases and 1 standardized residency training base for general surgery specialists.Currently, over 320 trainees are undergoing standardized residency training (excluding professional master's degree candidates) in the hospital.

1.我院設有省、市級科研平台35個，其中6個省級平台（三家福建省臨床醫學研究中心均獲得國家臨床醫學研究中心福建分中心認定），獲批23個市級科研平台，6個(ge)廈(sha)門(men)大(da)學(xue)院(yuan)級(ji)研(yan)究(jiu)所(suo)。獲(huo)批(pi)廈(sha)門(men)市(shi)唯(wei)一(yi)的(de)細(xi)胞(bao)治(zhi)療(liao)研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心(xin)，獲(huo)批(pi)成(cheng)立(li)市(shi)首(shou)家(jia)臨(lin)床(chuang)醫(yi)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)，獲(huo)批(pi)首(shou)批(pi)省(sheng)市(shi)級(ji)臨(lin)床(chuang)醫(yi)學(xue)研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心(xin)且(qie)獲(huo)批(pi)數(shu)為(wei)廈(sha)門(men)首(shou)位(wei)。
2.我院國科金立項總數位居廈門市醫療係統首位。2024年，30項國科金立項數占據廈門市衛生係統的一半以上。
3.2020年以來，我院每年產出SCI論文數均超過200篇，目前單篇影響因子最高87.244。
4.我院連續3年全國GCP機構藥物臨床試驗量值排行榜綜合醫院榜前40名，福建省內排名第一，獲批仿製藥一致性評價項目數量全國排名第十。
1.The hospital has 35 provincial and municipal research platforms, including 6 provincial platforms (with all 3 Fujian Provincial Clinical Research Centers accredited as Fujian Branch Centers of National Clinical Research Centers).It has been approved for 23 municipal research platforms and 6 research institutes of Xiamen University.The hospital has been authorized to establish: the only Cell Therapy Research Center in Xiamen, Xiamen’s first Clinical Medicine Research Institute, the first batch of provincial and municipal clinical research centers, leading in Xiamen in terms of the number of such approvals.
2.The hospital's total number of National Science Foundation (NSF) projects ranks first among healthcare systems in Xiamen.In 2024, the hospital had 30 NSF projects taking up for more than half of the healthcare system’s projects in Xiamen.
3.Since 2020, the hospital has published more than 200 SCI papers each year, with the highest single paper impact factor reaching 87.244.
4.The hospital has ranked among the top 40 in the national GCP (Good Clinical Practice) drug clinical trial volume ranking for 3 consecutive years, holding the top position in Fujian Province.It ranks 10th nationwide in terms of the number of approved generic drug consistency evaluation projects.

3.購房或購房補貼：根據《廈門市引進高層次人才住房補貼實施意見》，可根據情況，來院滿一年後，申請廈門市人才房，以市場價45%的價格購置人才房：C 類人才不高於 80 平方米。或申請購房補貼：C 類人才補貼130萬；
4.生活補貼：落戶後，博士研究生享受8萬元一次性生活補貼；
