崗位職責：
1 Establish financial BP function and harmonize Asia Sites finance business.
2 Collect and analysis financial data, monitor KPI and financial health.
3 Review business process and financial compliance.
4 Investigate and propose Funds and Tax arrangement, benefit for global level.
5 Follow up and support Asia and China project.
6 Support other team members as necessary.
7 Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
職位要求：
1 Bachelor’s degree with Accounting or Finance Management.CMA or CPA is a plus.
2 At least 8 years finance experience in MNC, 3 years of costing and FPA experience.
3 Familiar with financial professional knowledge, proven skill in MNC manufacturing financial process and related financial analysis preparation.
4 Familiar with ERP and office software using, proficiency in Excel/PPT.
5 Multitask, work independently and accurately within time constraints.
6 Good learning ability, positive and proactive working attitude.
7 Strong analytical, logical, digital sensitivity, organizational, communication skills and teamwork capabilities required.
8 Fluent English skill both in oral and writing.
