JD職位描述：

1. Selects and develops team members, and applies countermeasures to improve team deficiencies. Teaches project management fundamentals to team members.

2. Plans and manages timeline, budget and team to execute a single major project or multiple projects of lesser complexity. Implements clawback plans to programs that don't meet schedules.

3. Ensures compliance to existing LS project management processes and recommends process improvements.

Requirements任職要求：

1. Mechanical or Motor Major, Bachelor degree or above.
   機械或機電一體化專業，本科以上學曆。

2. Over 5 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing, 3 years project management experience is prefer.
   5年以上製造業工作經驗，3年項目管理經理優先。

3. English CET 4, good at listening and speaking.
   英語4級，英語聽說好。

4. Good skill in planning, organization and coordination.
